2020 REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY
Participant Registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable under all circumstances. They will be considered a ‘donation’.
Buffet: There will be no refunds for the buffet as they are prepaid

Hugs for Hounds requires an extensive amount of planning and pre-event expenses that include, but are not limited to, procurement of proper permits, insurance, tents/canopies, purchase of food and beverages, printing and signage.
Circumstances for Exception
We do understand that sometimes there are situations that arise that are out of our control. We may take the circumstances into consideration and if deemed justified may refund your fee in part or whole.
Circumstances for Event Cancellation
Any unforeseeable events or occurrences including, but not limited to: severe weather, factors that threaten the safety or participants, staff, or volunteers, actions by governmental entities, actions by law enforcement, unanticipated road closures, and any other circumstances that are beyond control of Hugs for Hounds expressly reserves this right the safety of our participants, vendors, and volunteers is important to us.
Authority to cancel the event:
Hugs for Hounds, or local municipality and law enforcement officials have the authority to cancel Hugs for Hounds
Posting cancellation:
All participants/vendors will be notified via , when possible, of any event cancellation or modification. The information related to cancellation or modification will also be posted on the Hugs for Hounds website and Facebook page.
